Vanessa Bynum is a Broker Associate with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, specializing in Vero Beach and serving clients throughout Florida’s Treasure Coast.
With a Bachelor of Science in International Business and an extensive background in sales, marketing, and management, Vanessa brings a strategic, results-driven approach to real estate. Prior to entering the industry, she built a successful career in the beverage industry, including positions with Anheuser-Busch and later as Director of Large Format Accounts for Southern Eagle Distributing, where she led a large sales team and was responsible for 34% of the company’s total business.
As a Broker Associate, Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI), and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Vanessa understands that successful real estate begins with accurate market analysis, strategic positioning, exceptional marketing, strong negotiation, and consistent communication.
